    • College Credit: 1 hour of credit is available to those who register, and produce a paper that applies what was learned to a current public policy topic that is mutually satisfactory to the Student and to the Instructor..

    • Scholarships Available. The Student may apply for a scholarship that will pay the costs of registration, but must do so ahead of time, not after the course is over. Send an email to jnwarfield@aol.com titled "Scholarship Application for May 18, 1998 Short Course", requesting a scholarship.

    • Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM Daily, except that, on Friday, closing may occur before 2 PM to accommodate travel plans.

    • Course Plan. Professor Warfield will lecture in the mornings on the topics found in the "Condensed Patterns" attached. In the afternoons, the Invited Associates will make up a panel, and they will discuss what was said in the morning lecture in the light of their own experience with issues in public policy.
