Request Photographs

A photographic division is housed within Creative Services. Professional photographers are available to cover special events on campus.

Setup a Photo Shoot

Photographers can be scheduled for specific shooting sessions when schedules permit. The division charges for time and materials, which are billed to clients.

Photography is digital in format, with images available as electronic files or prints. Existing materials, such as archival photos, negatives, or slides can be scanned and converted to digital form.

Online Request Form

Small projects involving a single shoot date should be requested at least one week prior to the date of the shoot. Requests for photographic shoots may be made through an online photo shoot request form.
