The Society for
          the Development of Austrian Economics is pleased to announce the winners
          of its annual Don Lavoie Memorial Graduate Student Paper Competition.
          The competition was established to honor the memory of Don Lavoie,
          scholar, teacher and mentor. The committee for this year was Peter
          Boettke, Chair, with Virgil Storr, Steve Horwitz and Emily Chamlee-Wright.
